Return & Exchange Policy – WisdomUp
At WisdomUp, we ensure high-quality products and proper testing before dispatch. However, if you face any issue with your product, we offer support through Exchange only.

No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on any product once the order is confirmed and delivered. Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange only if:

  • The product is faulty, damaged upon delivery, or not as described
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is in original condition, unused, and includes all accessories & packaging

Exchange Process

  • Contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email
  • Provide your order number and proof of issue (pictures/videos)
  • Upon approval, product will be sent for inspection
  • After verification, we will send a replacement product

Note: Shipping costs of returning the item may be borne by the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Conditions Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Items damaged due to user mishandling
  • Products used, scratched, or with missing accessories
  • Issues due to water damage, power surge, or unauthorised repair
  • Clearance or promotional products
  • Any damage during delivery must be reported within 48 hours
  • Unboxing video is required as verification proof
